Scope
This policy covers wildcatretail.com, direct corporate communications, and Independent Publications Ops when authorized operators use it to manage explicitly registered Facebook, Instagram, or related publication properties.
Independent Publications Ops is an internal business tool. It does not currently offer a public consumer login.
Information handled
Website and communications
- Information you choose to send by email, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments.
- Standard hosting and security logs, which may include IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.
Publication operations
Authorized publication work may process Page or account names and IDs; drafts and captions; media and source URLs; rights records; publishing schedules; platform-generated content IDs; delivery status; aggregate insights; and operational receipts.
Comments, messages, or commenter information are accessed only when an authorized operator specifically requests related work. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, secure and deliver the website, prepare and publish authorized content, prevent duplicates, verify delivery, investigate failures, measure aggregate performance, and maintain accountable operating records.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for corporate communications, editorial accountability, duplicate prevention, incident review, security, and legal obligations. Access credentials are stored in protected credential storage and are not displayed in operating output.
No system is perfectly secure. Wildcat Retail limits access to authorized operators and configures publication automation to stop when authorization or delivery state cannot be trusted.
Your choices
- Do not send optional information you do not want processed.
- Remove a connected Meta integration through Facebook or Instagram settings when applicable.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by following the data deletion instructions.
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Contact and changes
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@wildcatretail.com. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification, or financial account information unless a secure verification process specifically requires it.
This policy may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
